Teaching profession concerns not simply with passing on information or knowledge but with awakening a desire to learn and provide means of learning. Teaching is never tedious. It is full of challenges and variations. Teachers stimulate intellectual curiosity and inculcate the spirit of enquiry, of a national and scientific outlook. If there is desire to share the knowledge, then it is also essential to know how to do it.
The objective of our Institute is to ensure empowerment of our trainees for their overall development through formal education, sports, cultural activities, and value learning. Today, education means much more than merely acquiring knowledge. It is acquisition of knowledge, skills and values which will together improve the employability of the trainee. The selfless contribution of our teachers and other staff to help a trainee build his/her career may not make each and every one of them a leader, but it will definitely help in building a strong foundation for the trainee.
